Solar charger problem

Ring replaced my solar charger for my doorbell 2 Gen on the 9th Jan have installed it the same day as my old solar charger wasn't charging which I had since Nov 2024 but still the charging symbol doesn't show its charging I have rebooted a few times and even reset the doorbell when I spoke to customer services I just curios if it's the doorbell that might be at fault ( brought dec 2023) any help please ???

Hi @user_198b97. The Solar Charger will start charging once the battery falls below 90%, and there is four hours of direct sunlight. If you believe the doorbell is at fault, you'll need to reach out to our support team.
