Change internet connection
I changed internet provider and need to update my ring doorbell 2 with the new internet provider. How do I go about doing that? Thx

Hi @Wendi312. Depending on the model of Ring Video Doorbell you have, the location of the 5-digit pin code varies. Most will have it on the back of the Ring Device or on the side of the Ring Device after removing the faceplate. The 5 digit pin code also comes on a slip of paper that came with your Ring Device packaging. After locating the 5 digit pin code, you can follow the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to continue. Hey @Bigsky19. If you go into the Ring app \> Main Menu \> Devices \> Doorbell \> Device Health \> Reconnect or Change Wifi Network, you can reconnect it there! It'll take you through another setup of your device to get it connected to the new network.
