Can I add my Mum’s doorbell to my account

Hi I’ve just purchased a Ring Doorbell for my elderly mother can I pay so that I can add it to my account so it records and saves the door activity I’m sure I will have to pay more but I’d like to be able to check and put off salesman from bothering her.

Hi @user47601. If you're wanting control of the Doorbell's settings and paying for the Ring Protect plan, you'll want to set it up under your Ring account and add your mother as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account). That would give you the ability to pay for the Ring Protect plan, and adding her as a Shared User allows her to receive notifications and open the Live View to speak with visitors at the door.
