I’ve been using 3 of the ring spotlight camera for a month now. I have 2 batteries in each, both recognized. I’ve been getting notifications the past week to charge my battery to avoid interruption, but I ignored because the one battery was at 10% and the second at 92%. Yesterday I noticed it turned off. My device is offline. Shouldn’t the system just start using the other battery when one goes low?

Hi @user46684. Yes, once one battery is drained, the Spotlight Cam should automatically start using the other battery. If your Camera has not done so and has fallen offline, try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your wifi. Then charge the battery that had drained and reinsert it back into your Camera. If the same thing happens again, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assitstance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
