Ring Camera not capturing Motion
Hi, I have a ring outdoor security camera that captures majority of motions but doesnt capture a white car that is parked in front my house. I have adjusted the motion zone and max'ed the motion sensitivity. But it still doesn't show when the car is parking or who is walking out of the parked car. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get the camera to record this?

Hi @z704815! Good call on adjusting and maximizing your motion settings. Depending on the model of Camera you have, there may be other options like drawing additional zones, or checking on settings like people only mode. After some trial and error with the various settings in your Ring app, if it is still not capturing that area, consider the physical angle of your Camera, the mounting height, and if the distance might be too far for it too capture.
