Ring Camera is Wired but receiving Stopped receiving power message

I recently have had an issue where my ring camera, which is working as I can see videos keeps giving me a message that the ring camera has stopped receiving power. I received about 40 notifications in the past couple hours so it’s killing my battery on my iPhone. I called a couple of times. The first lady was helpful and we thought we had it fixed and then it occurred again. The second lady I spoke with was not helpful and she continued to focus on the Wi-Fi, which was not an issue and she hung up on me, for no reason does anybody know how to fix this without me buying a new camera? I did reset the camera check to ensure that the outlet was not faulty and that the Cord is working.
