Replacement for the battery base cover - Stick up Cam Gen 3
I misplaced the battery cover on the bottom for my stick up cam. How can I get a replacement? Thanks

I spoke with customer support and a battery cover is not something they sell. I find this amazing since its a part that can get lost easily when removing the battery for charging. customer support suggested i cover the hole with packing tape!

I just also lost the battery cover to my ring stick up cam. I spoke with ring customer service tech support. They said the part is not sold online but were able to arrange to ship a replacement one to me for free. Said in should arrive in 7-10 business days. Maybe worth your trying calling again?

I lost my battery cover as well, I called today they told me they do not have that part avail therefore they do not ship that part out. This is frustrating because it’s a crucial part of the camera itself, you would thing they would include this as a spare part.
