How do I change Billing cycle from annual to monthly payment? It seems that the Basic plan is set to annual billing by default and not changeable. Is there a way to change it to monthly cycle?

    Hi there, @CNHaninge! This can be changed within your account options, by logging in at Ring.com. When changing your payment method on a Protect Basic plan, from yearly to monthly, the best way will be to cancel the plan, then subscribe to the monthly option. Remember to save any important videos before doing so, in case they are lost for any reason.       There is NO option for paying monthly. My trial runs out tomorrow and all the messages I have got said how much it will be"monthly" . I signed up and there was not an option for monthly payments. I then did what"YOU" suggested, I deleted the account then went back into sign up and NO option to be charged the year. If this truly is the case then you are false advertising.

      Ya the best way...I accidentally subscribed for a yearly and immediately canceled and subscribed to monthiy ...and still got only a partial refund on the yearly and immediately charged for the new monthly. So how does someone fix that?
