Possible to transfer ownership without rescanning QR code?

My ex-wife and I just recently separated and I want to give her access to the ring camera to our house. How do I go about doing so without going through the hassle of having her rescan the QR code and etc? Can the ring support team make the changes via their backend?

Hi @user_2b7ce0. No, you cannot transfer ownership without having to complete a setup of the devices again. If she wants to take ownership, you have to remove the devices from your account, and then she has to set them up again on her account.
