Won’t turn back on
battery-video-doorbell
I have 2 2nd gen doorbells that both died and neither will turn back on. I’ve tried doing the hard reset and neither of them will do anything. Any help please?

Hi @Matteo1705. Have you fully charged both of the batteries? You'll want to make sure you charge them for at least 8 hours using the provided charging cable in a standard power outlet. When fully resetting them, did you hold down the setup button for at least 20 full seconds after inserting the fully charged battery?
