Hi @rtigerc. Can you please confirm which model of Video Doorbell you are trying to install? The model name will be on the original packaging and on the back of the device itself (Video Doorbell Wired, Video Doorbell Pro). This information is important as the installation instructions can vary from one Doorbell model to the other.
