Few times the wired doorbell has lost Wi-Fi connection with the error code P1-78. Turning it on and off sorts the problem. But don’t want to keep doing that. Any ideas?
Hi @Tedbovis. This indicates that the device is offline. I suggest doing a power cycle on the doorbell by disconnecting the doorbell for 5 minutes, then reconnecting it. After that, you can reset the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. Lastly, you'll reconnect it to wifi. I hope this helps.
