Wired Ring Doorbell not Triggering Original Chime
Hi! New user here! Got a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation)...changed the transformer for a "16V 30VA Doorbell Transformer". The app shows the Ring device being Hardwired, but the original chime is not ringing when the button is pressed. Is there any special setting to configure this? Should I have gone for a more powerufl transformer? Thanks!

Found the setting! There was a setting to configure a chime, and it was set to None. Went to Device Settings, in-home Chime settings, and in Advanced Settings selected "Mechanical" .
