Hi @user39438. There is not a set delay after ringing the Doorbell. When you press the button on your Ring Doorbell, your Doorbell will record and process this event so you can view it back (with an active Ring Protect Plan). If you press the button on your Doorbell right after initially pressing it, it will not send another notification as it is still recording the initial ring. Once it is done recording and processing that event, you can ring the Doorbell again and will receive a new notification.
