I have setup my Doorbell 3 using the Android app and have no problem accessing. I installed the Windows 10 app and all I get after login is the setup device screen. No locations, no devices.
Hi @jwshipm! If you are logged in to the proper owner account you should certainly see your devices. Please ensure you are not logging in as a shared user. Try also checking your mobile app to ensure you do not have any duplicate or additional locations showing. If the above does not resolve this, try checking the Ring app settings in the windows 10 Ring app or even removing and reinstalling the app on your windows 10, to see if this will access your devices.
