  Hi @user68578. Are you referring to the Video Doorbell Wired? If so, please note that the Video Doorbell Wired will not ring your internal chime kit. This is noted on the [product page](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired). To hear audible alerts in your home, you'll need to use a [Ring Chime](https://ring.com/products/chime-gen2) or a [compatible Alexa device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246412-Ring-Supported-Alexa-Enabled-Devices). The Video Doorbell Wired requires an existing doorbell circuit providing 10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or you can use the [Plug-In Adapter](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-plugin-adapter-gen-2).
