Will there ever be feature that actually lets you answer a ring?!
Every time someone rings my bell it never loads and now when I go back it’s black so I have no idea of knowing who was at my door.

Hi @Tleighsavagr. If you're having issues with black video, you may need to make some adjustments to you router. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023439472-Fixing-Black-Video-Errors-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) covers some tips and tricks for eliminating black video. I hope this helps.
