i installed my door bell pro last nov was working fine untill 3 days ago the wifi signal got lost i try to re install but was keep saying ring conection fail i un plug the router un plug the wired did factory reset put new transformer and still cant conect

Hi @user_63eeb7. What was the RSSI for the device while it was connected? If the device is having a hard time connecting, it could be because of the distance. When you set up the doorbell, do you notice any specific light patterns during the setup?
