    Hi, Yes what you can try is to do a RESET on the RING DOORBELL. HOLD DOWN THE ORANGE BUTTON on the back of the device for 20 seconds. You should get a voice said reset, then go through the whole setup process again and ... let it UPDATE ITSELF for 5min-15min.This should solve it.

This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) will show you how to reconnect your doorbell to WiFi. You can access this from the Device Health menu in the Ring app.
