I’m finding it hard to hear what people are saying after they ring doorbell so does anybody know what I can do to resolve this problem please

    Hi @user62512. Is the volume on your phone turned all the way up? Try turning the volume up when you have the Live View open next time. This should allow you to hear the visitors at your door better. Also, make sure they are not standing too far from the Ring Doorbell when speaking with you.
