Have just purchased the above doorbell and despite everything in the house connecting to our internet, the doorbell will not connect to our internet. We also purchased a chimer and it has connected easily
Hi @lawersy! Since your Ring Chime has connected, your Doorbell should do so just as easily. If you have not already done so, try performing the setup with your Doorbell in the same room as your router. As the Doorbell 3 can connect to 2.4 and 5 Ghz wifi networks, I recommend using the 2.4 Ghz for a more reliable connection over distance and through exterior walls, if these are factors. If this concern persists, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, or even using another mobile device for the setup process, if possible. I hope this helps! :)
