Video Doorbell 3 crashing when hardwired

Hi,I connected my doorbell 3 (plus) to a 24AC-adapter to get it hardwired. Battery is charging (slowly) and everything works fine... until the battery is 100% charged.At that moment the Doorbell becomes unreachable by wifi, and unresponsive.When I disconnect the AC-power, everything works fine again.So it has something to do with the 100% charging of the battery.Is this a know issue ?
