Unable to connect video doorbell 3
I bought a new router (Deco x50-5G) 6 month ago. Changing router didn’t cause any problems. Every work just like before. 3 weeks ago we changed our WiFi provider. Again everything worked like before. BUT - changing the WiFi name in the router caused my video doorbell 3 to disconnect from WiFi. The following router changes have been tested and changed without success:Creating a guest network using only 2.4 GHz (as well as 5 GHz only and with 2.4 GHz).Changing band wide from 160 to 80 HMz. Moving the doorbell next to the router.Changing network name in order NOT to include special character.Deleting and reinstalling the ring app.Trying to install the doorbell as a new setup through the app bTrying to install the doorbell through “device health” and “change network”Any suggestions please!

Hi @user_d5ee11. Those were all excellent troubleshooting steps to try. Try also factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. Reboot your router as well. If you have tried these additional steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
