Two Owners

Has anyone found a solution to this simple issue to fix. I too need the person at homeTo be able to make the necessary changes but since he’s not the owner he can’t and our system is useless because the WiFi can’t be changed. If a solution has t been Found it’s time to toss in the trash andBuy a better system that allows me toMake those choices.

Hi @user_402d00. At this time, you cannot add a second Owner to a Ring device. You can add Shared Users, but they will not be able to edit device settings. If you need the ability to edit device settings on two different phones, you can log into your Ring account as the Owner on both phones.
