Turing off for a day
Getting birthday gift for wife. The package date can I turn off ring on her phone so she can be surprised? Then turn back on after delivery

Hey @Suds! While there is no way to remotely turn off the Doorbell from one account, if you have the Ring Video Doorbell 2, you could take the battery out of the device, and then return it once the package arrives. Otherwise, I have heard of people getting the present delivered to a work address to help with the surprise. :smiley_cat:
