Hi @Jinky. Which model of Ring Video Doorbell do you have? You can find this information on the back of the Doorbell itself, on the original packaging, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Additionally, have you tried a reset or any other type of troubleshooting steps to resolve this yet? I'd be happy to offer some helpful suggestions once I have a bit more information. :)
