Trying to renew basic plan but being sent in circles

I've had a Basic Plan for over three years, but in July it wasn't renewed. Ring said the card details were wrong , which isn't true. Over the last two days I'm going round in circles, each time ending on a page that says Looks like you're new to Ring. How do I get a plan so I can see recordings from my doorbell!
