Like everybody else my recordings are showing the correct time but when you open the recording it is showing 1 hour behind , I have done everything suggested to correct this but no change so I think it must a ring doorbell issue which needs rectifying ASAP

Hi @user_6ccf60. Our team is aware and looking into this concern. The timestamp on video playback is currently showing in UTC, which is why it appears to be the wrong time compared to your timezone.
