Static noise on Replay of ring pro doorbell

I have the ring doorbell for over a year and was working perfectly. However over the last month I have found that when I try to speak to people at the door I hear just a very loud static/wind sound. This also occurs with any event history playback. It is making a key function of the ring useless. I have a chime pro already set up. As I have mentioned this is recent. Please help.
