Hi @user8076. Try making the adjustments listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router). Often times, poor audio can be resolved by adjusting your router settings.
