Sound records fine until someone rings

Hi, this keeps happening to my Video Doorbell 2.Sound records properly until somebody rings the bell - then it's just this loud noise. Wifi signal is strong and it's always after the bell is pressed - live view without anyone ringing is fine for audio.Example of this (I've applied video blurring for privacy)https://youtu.be/pyKdgUmpVuwI've tried resetting and reconnecting to wifi. Do I need to get a new doorbell or is there some way to fix this?Thanks
