Sorry cameras don't work on this device

I just bought two battery spotlight cameras, a doorbell and a fire HD tablet. When I put it in show mode and say Alexa show me the driveway it says sorry cameras don't work on this device. It works on on spotlight camera but not the other or the doorbell. I tried disabling the skill in alexa and reclining ring to alexa but it didn't make the problem any better. Are there other solutions?
