Solid white light; hard reset doesn’t work

Hi.We had a power outage a couple of days ago and since then our wired doorbell has not been able to connect to our Wi-Fi.The light is showing solid white. I have tried pressing and holding the Orange button but the light remains solid white and the device will not enter set-up mode in order to reconnect.Any ideas please?
