  Hi @Toby2. Have you tried to walk the Doorbell through a new setup? If not, I'd give this a try using the steps under Set Up a Device, which should help you get it reconnected to your wifi network. If the Doorbell doesn't go into setup mode or the setup doesn't work, you can fully reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Then after the reset is done, you'll follow the setup steps once more. Let me know how this works for you! :)

  I have tried this several times. I have a 1st Gen for several years and simply quit working. Removed it and charged it. Now just has a blue light on front and won't connect to my Google Mesh network. Everything else in home is connected to network and working fine. Tried a complete reboot and it simply is not connecting to iPhone (12.) It has worked fine up until about two weeks ago. Now sitting plugged in with orange USB cord on my desk but isn't doing anything else except glowing white. It has gone to white light spinning or lit up on left side a couple of times but not connecting to network.
