Sold Doorbell with the house

I sold my house and they requested my Ring Video Doorbell 2 & Chime Pro stay. What steps should I follow so they when they move in and get internet they can use this. Thanks! Jennifer

Hi @Bizybeejm! Once they have wifi available and are ready to setup, you will receive and email asking for release upon their initial setup attempt. Accepting this will allow them to gain ownership.
