Smart Alerts
Up until this past weekend, Smart Alerts was working fine on my front doorbell cam. Now I am not getting any notifications at all from my doorbell cam. I called into support yesterday, they suggested I turn off Smart Alerts. I did that, and now I am getting notifications when someone walks past the doorbell camera. But now I am also getting alerts when the tree branch moves by the wind at the front door. Tried again last night to turn Smart Alerts back on, now again no notifications on any kind of motion, even people. Something changed in the Smart Alerts. Would be really nice to have it working correctly again.

To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
