Hello, I am trying to figure out how to access the skipped clips in between the videos that’s will show ![image|281x499](upload://ywD9oBN5pH41lUobqzymKEeJPPO.jpeg) The lines after the blue button how do I access them?

Hi @Dominique1991. Those are not clips; they are snapshots, which are just still images taken by your Doorbell. Depending on your settings, it will take one every fifteen minutes or an hour. This Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture) will provide you with further information on snapshots.
