Signal Strength question
I've been reviewing the community to answer my question about the signal strength indicator but unsuccessful. I installed a wifi extender and my RSSI went from the low 40's to the high 50's. But a post here states that a RSSI closer to 40 is better. Is a higher or lower RSS number better? TIA

Glad you asked @8rianGriffin ! We actually have a post here in the Community that helps to breakdown a [good vs poor RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t5/General-Questions/Your-Ring-Device-RSSI-Good-vs-Poor/m-p/751). Ultimately an RSSI of -40 or better is sufficient for optimal video, whereas an RSSI of -60 or -65 is going to see some connection concerns. I hope this helped! :)
