Shared user being asked to add new device
Hello I sent a shared user request to a family member. They created An account and verified their email, but it hasn’t taken them to the owners doorbell (me) It’s asking them to scan a code to add a new device How do I make this user a shared user?

This is a really annoying bug! But, that little work around fixed it perfectly! Thank you so much, random reddit user! Just delete the added user from the master phone's Ring app, and reinvite. Then, you'll be able to actually accept the invite on the second user's phone and change the location to the shared location instead of the "home" default location. Make sure you have the Ring app already installed on the second phone. Bravo!
