Ring Video Doorbell
Shared access for other users not working
Hello, I installed a video doorbell ans I wanted to share the access to the cam and notification with other family member. Send the invitation to get access but the receiver can not accept it. The link from the ring team brings it to manage the request but all is blank not allowing to accept it. How to solve it?

Hi neighbors! If the [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-How-to-Add-Another-Person-to-Your-Ring-Account) invite you sent is not working, there are a few troubleshooting steps to try. Try the following suggestions: * The Owner deletes the Shared User. You can still remove them even if the invite was not accepted. Then resend the invite. * To accept the invite, the Shared User will access the email from a different device, such as a computer, tablet, or another phone. * Make sure the phone and Ring app are caught up on the latest updates available for both the Owner and Shared User. * If a VPN is active, the Owner and Shared User disable it. Having the same problem. Ring support is nonexistent. Just about ready to see what else is available and switch.
