Setting up video doorbell pro on google pixel 4

Hello, I am attempting to setup my new Ring Video Doorbell Pro on my (Android) Google Pixel 4 phone. My house was recently remodeled and I had the contractor install the doorbell. The light on the doorbell is spinning (it's been spinning for a month or so). I've got the Ring app on my phone and I'm trying to connect to the doorbell. I don't see the Ring doorbell in my connection options. I'm sure there's a setting that I'm supposed to change, but I don't know what it is. My phone doesn't have a "Smart Network Switch". Any pointers would be really appreciated . thanks, Noel
