Ive installed a 2nd generation doorbell. Ive got it working on my ohone fine. Trying to add 3 shared users. Followed instructions for granting access and sent invite. On their app there is no option to accept the invite, and they each show as the owner in the controll panel. I cant set up any device or location on any of the phones. Anybody got any ideas please ??

    Hi @user59822. I would recommend checking their Ring app to make sure you are using the correct email when sending the Shared User invitations. You can find out what email they are using for their account under Account Settings. Once you have double-checked that, have the Shared Users follow the process mentioned in this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/shared-user-access/222340) in their Ring app. If you have tried these steps and still have the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) a call for further assistance.
