Hi, You can order the security screws by going on your ring app, pressing the menu button and going down to help. Then press "Get spare parts" which takes you to the ring home security accessories page. Now just type "Spare Parts" in the search bar and select the kit for your specific video doorbell and buy it. This includes the screws you need and the screw driver.
