Safety screwdriver replacement

I recently got a ring doorbell and the screwdriver that came with it to screw in the security screw appears to be defective as you can see by the supplied image. Hi @RedWolfe. That screwdriver should be a T15 Torx to fit the security screw for your Doorbell. You could check a local hardware store for this screwdriver, or you can contact our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) and request a replacement.
