I have moved the wi fi router it is now 3.5 meters from the pro chime router which is giving a great signal at 34. Can anyone tell me why the Internet signal is so bad

Hi @user40206. The Chime Pro can act as a wifi extender for Ring Doorbells or Cameras, but it should be placed at around a halfway point between the router and the Doorbell or Camera. You can utilize the [Chime Pro Placement Test](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052520292-Using-Chime-Pro-Placement-Test-to-optimize-your-wifi) in the Ring app to find the optimal placement. Once you find the best place for the Chime Pro, you'll also need to connect your Ring Doorbell to the Chime Pro. You can do this by selecting your Chime Pro from the Devices list and tapping Chime Pro Network > your Doorbell > Switch to Chime Pro Network. I hope this helps.
