Ring Video Doorbell
Ring.Com Pro Doorbell
I bought two. One for the front door and one for the side door. They worked fine for a month, then the one on the front door died. Tried running just one instead of two but the one that started on the front door won't turn on -- it will only give a flash of blue once after disconnecting/re-connecting. Won't do much more than that. I've made the side-door device the front door device. But I would like to get back to two working ring.com devices. 24 volts strong to both devices. Can I get a replacement for the device that won't work please?

Hi @user_31aef8. Replacements are only issued if within warranty and all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. This is done to make sure we've identified the root cause of the issue. Do you have a Pro Power Kit installed? What is the make/model of your chime kit?
