Ring Videodoorbell 2nd Gen doesn't alert on Iphone

New Ring. Was alerting on iphone: but now stopped. Have tried these things:- checked Notification settings on- Home mode = Ring alerts on, record motion on, motion notifications on. Live view on.- Have logged out and then log back in again- Firmware up to date- iphone software is uptodate- Do not disturb is OFF- iPhone ringer sound turned up to max I do get vibrate notification so i know it's connecting. Just no sound. I'm sending this as a new topic as it seems many of the similar conversations don't have a resolution?Regards, Geri
