ring video dorrbell v2 not registering to wifi
HelloI have an old RING VIdeo DoorBell from 2014 never used. when I tried to connect it the app find it. then ask me the wifi network, i enter the wifi password, the white light on the ring stops, and the ring never register to the wifi network, any clue?

Could be a 4G, 5G issue? Could be your Ring will only work with say 3G but your wifi is more current and 4G?
