Hi @Tomcat383. What is the specific issue you are having? What part of the reconnection to WiFi is the device failing at? Have you tried to connect your device to a WiFi hotspot? This will let you know if there is an issue you with your network.

Hi @user64136. Can you let us know which model of Ring Doorbell you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging, or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what error message are you receiving in the Ring app when you attempt to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) your Doorbell to wifi? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.
