Ring Video Doorbell Video Format
Just installed our new doorbell and the image is round! Is this the way the original doorbells behaved or is there something wrong? All of the marketing / documentation shows a nice rectangular image, not a peephole view.

I just swtiched out my first doorbell camera for the upgraded version. This new doorbell camera, the Pro 2's image shows as round, like a porthole or something. The view on the one I took out was the same rectangular as the other cameras. But my new doorbell camera Pro 2 is round. It was supposed to show a better a view. I don't consider this view better at all. Is there any way to change to view so it's rectangular?

Hi @frautuck. You cannot change the view of the Pro 2. This Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056768972-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-information) will give you more information on the Pro 2, including its field of view.
